By accessing and using StocksFindr, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Investment Disclaimer
StocksFindr provides financial information and analysis for educational purposes only. All investment decisions are made at your own risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We are not licensed financial advisors and our content should not be considered as personalized investment advice.
3. Service Usage
You may use our service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StocksFindr and its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall StocksFindr be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Any compensation is restricted to the subscription price paid by the user.
6. Subscription Terms and Billing
Binding Agreement
Your subscription becomes a binding agreement at the moment you start your free trial. By starting a trial, you agree that your subscription will automatically continue into a paid plan at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Access to Paid Features
During the trial, you may access all paid features of the service. By using these features, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding subscription agreement that continues unless cancelled.
Billing and Payment Obligation
When the trial ends, the subscription fee for your selected plan (monthly or annual) will be charged automatically to the payment method you provided. You remain responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. If payment fails, you are still legally obligated to pay the subscription fee, and we may issue an invoice for the outstanding amount.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
EU Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of the paid period starting, unless you have explicitly agreed to waive this right by accessing paid features immediately.
Payment Collection Process
In the event of payment failure or non-payment, we will first send a payment reminder. If the payment remains outstanding after the reminder period, the unpaid amount may be forwarded to a debt collection agency for recovery. You will be responsible for any additional collection costs incurred.
